A story of ascent
A nod to the Aiguille de Polset, in the Vanoise massif, and to the English expression "all set": everything is ready. This name reflects our approach: preparing the ground, anticipating obstacles, and moving forward together — like a rope team ascending a summit. At Olset, every real estate project is a climb. Matthieu and Rémi founded Olset after years in corporate real estate advisory, with one goal: put transparency and technology to work for clearer, more reliable and more effective decisions.
Rémi Chappoz
After fifteen years at leading corporate real estate advisory firms, I co-founded Olset to do things differently — more independent, more transparent, and powered by data and AI to analyse better, manage smarter and decide with confidence.
